冇樓人士喜訊，原本近排樓市下跌搵下有冇筍盤，點知見到有d盤特別平，㩒入去睇下，原來有個叫discounted market value scheme，樓價打5至7折不等，直接平俾你，唔使申請，先到先得，通過到criteria就reserve得，我個人覺得對first time buyer來講幾抵買，好過個d help to buy share ownership 好多，如果已有工作又唔想租樓，但budget唔多嘅值得望下
