我想試下海灘執垃圾，唔知有無人可以分享下呢 :laughing:

有做開義工, 通常經公司報名參與
公司有搞過海灘執垃圾, 但果次咁啱時間唔夾就去唔到

另外探訪過獨居老人 / 屋村派福袋, 去社區中心同低收入家庭慶祝節日, 帶老人院院友慶新年食餐飯, 玩遊戲 幫佢地推輪椅出入, 賣旗, 去預備飯盒俾義工派… 記得既有咁多

我公司無呢d活動，啱啱上網睇有個Fb page定期有義工資訊，如果有啱時間同活動既就去

Difficulty: Medium
Coastal length: 3000m
Ages: 5 y.o. up
Coastal clean up will last around 5 hours
It’s between a Swamp and a Beach

  1. Wear practical and comfortable hiking shoes covered toes Long pants and Long Sleeves
    Gloves will be provided on site, if you have your own bring it.
    If you have professional knife or anything else to cut the rope or the spontaneous vegetation and Trees bring with you.
  2. Make sure you had a light lunch beforehand.
  3. Try to avoid bringing drink in plastic bottles,( we will have more than enough plastic to collect​:face_with_monocle:) actually avoid any sort of not reusable plastic. Bring at least 500/1000 ml water.
    Refills Water is on us from Tapp Water Filter (https://tappwater.co/en)
  4. Please confirm your attendance before Saturday 13 at 10 am.

We hold our beach clean up with the hope that we may change our day to day basis choice. If we don’t do it and just collect the garbage will bring us to a not end.!!!:sob:

我就喺屋企做義工，鈎D冷帽、冷頸巾、冷背心、輪椅毯等，有朋友去探獨居長者時分享俾佢哋。
