佢俾咗reservation fees, 到deadline時mortgage已經批左但文件未正式出,咁啱有人睇中佢嗰間可以cash buy,如果嗰個唔係cash buy,正常sale office係會照hold比佢因為已經搞緊mortgage

詳情我唔清楚,佢只係我新相識隣居,佢之後改買咗呢度,reservation fee有限錢佢應該唔會追究啦

都唔岩規矩喎,mortgage係可以臨成交前半至一個月搞掂就得,人地cash buy係佢嘅事,但唔可以係冇通知個客情況下擅自俾另一個客買,reserved就係no longer on the market,呢間發展商都幾流下,開名等大家避免下好喎
